  • HIGH SCHOOL INTERNSHIPS

    We offer internships for high school students to give them hands-on experience in the aviation industry, including roles in Manufacturing, Marketing, Human Resources, Flight Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, Maintenance and more.

  • OPPORTUNITY FOR EDUCATORS

    Educators can participate in an industry-based learning opportunity at Textron Aviation's Wichita campus. This summer experience is designed to align educational instruction and curriculum with evolving industry and workforce needs. Professional development credit will be awarded upon completion of the Externship Program. Applications will open in January.

    We offer tours to classes and educational groups at all our manufacturing and service facilities. Touring experiences are tailored to the group's needs.
