  • Orientation

    You'll be back to visit the Career & Learning Center for your first day to learn about policies, meet colleagues, and get acquainted with Textron Aviation.

  • Training

    We recognize that continuous learning is essential for career growth and offer many options for training courses. Many of our technical positions will spend the first few weeks at the Career & Learning Center in specialized training.
